One of vpasp feature tells "Customer based pricing (retail, wholesale, etc) "

Does this mean that I can put retail and wholesale price and show retail price to customers and wholesale price to ONLY wholesaler?

If it is so, how I can do it?

Thanks in advance.

Yes you can do that. If you want to set as retail and wholesale, retail see the normal price (cprice) and wholesale see the special price (price2)
1) Xcustomerprices: Yes
2) Xcustomerpriceidentifier:custother1
3) Xcustomerpricetypes:wholesale
4) Xcustomerpricefields:price2
5) In the customer records, locate custother1, enter the field as wholesale to identify the customer.
6) In the product records, locate the price2, enter the price for wholesale.
7) done. normal customer will only see the cprice, only login customer who custother1 is wholesale will see the price2
