QR Codes are very interesting

Hi everyone,

I was having a read of a newsletter I get this week and it was talking about QR codes for mobile.

These are very interesting and useful little things!

You probably know this already but you can actually using a QR code create a link to place on your advertising which when scanned with an Iphone or Andriod device open a link to your site, display a phone number, or and this is what excited me, add a BUY NOW link to a poster or magazine article.

After a bit of Googling I found some sites which allow you to create your own QR Codes for free and I tested with our demo.

If you have a phone which allows a bar code reader and all Iphone and Andriod phones have free apps you can download in 5 seconds, install it and then point your phones camera to this image.

The site I used to generate this image is http://www.qrstuff.com/

So in about 30 seconds I have created a "link" that can be used anywhere to allow your customers to purchase.

As you can see from the demo you are taken straight to the VPASP mobile store demo to buy an office chair.
