I am trying to figure out something probably very simple.
In the VP ASP developer's guide, it explains several searches you can do.

This however searches all fields in the database whereas I only want it to search Item description (cname).
If I use the standard 1 field search (cname) it only shows exact matches of what I have typed.
e.g. if the word I search for, is the 2nd word in the item description, it will not display it.
I basically want a keyword search but only on 1 field (column) of my choice.
Any help would be very much appreciated, and stop laughing all you good ASP programmers
