How do you guys handle the case where there are many items below and above 150lbs. I would like to present the end user with certain options if the items are greater than 150lbs and cannot be separated. I am using Fedex and UPS Realtime. This is furniture store.

So for the large items I want to be able to set the shipmethod to a custom value where they are told they will be contacted for shipping costs. If the packages can be separated and shipped via UPS and FedEx successfully then we would want them to be presented with those options.

Just wondering if you ever resolved this. I would like to do a similar set up for a wrecking yard I am setting this up for.

I would like any orders over 20 kg to be flagged as to heavy to send regular post and the customer to be contacted once frieght charges have been worked out.
