We have just installed Vp-ASP Deluxe Cart and so far everything is fine with the following exception. We are using Pin Module and it works fine if the payment is made with a credit card. However, if the customer uses paypal option, the order is processed but the pin numbers were not sent. Also, on the confirmation page it does not even say that the pin mubers are being sent.

Has anyone ran into same problem and if so, can this be fixed? Thanks!

Hi Robert,

Have you added PayPal to the xendofordervalidpayments along with the other payment methods?

Pin numbers, and downloads for that matter, will not work if the criteria set up by the merchant has not been met during the order.

This is a security feature so someone who uses a method where you will want to verify it first cannot get a PIN number without payment.
