Hi there. I've come across a bit of an issue with the newest software, that while I could fix under a previous version, I don't see how to do it anymore.

I have a customer who placed an order, and the item was accidentally deleted from the order in the system. How do I add an item back to that order without actually having to re-enter that order entirely from scratch?

Hi there,

If you go into the display orders page and click on the view order link and then click on the order items link you will be able to make a copy of one of the other items in the order and change the name, price and product id to match what was accidently deleted.
