I was looking at another Asp cart Asp storefront
so i created a onepage checkout in my demo store see link add to cart and go to checkout.
http://demo3.aspdotnetstorefront.com/store168

What i really liked here is the one page checkout you get all the info on one page so the new or old customer can check out fast. I have read that at least 30% of sales are lost to dropped carts.

How hard is it put this in place - can i expect this in future release

i dont think it will happen with VPASP due to the way that every step of the checkout adds something, i.e. coupons, VAT, shipping. BUT it would be nice

Hi guys,

It is on the drawing board but wont be available for quite a while yet.

We will be using AJAX to bring in all of the elements onto the check out page dynamically.

Thanks
Cam

Hi Dunpeal.

The link you posted takes me to a page with no products that and all the links appear to be aspstorefront not VPASP

Mark, I dont want to be promoting other products here too much. Anyway to see what i mean go to the link above and pick a item from categories then take it to checkout. You will see the one page checkout in place. I only reference them because it is a asp shopping cart also.
