Hi,

I am having trouble with the Category Templates. I have the value of xcategoryusetemplate set to YES and the value of xcategorydisplaytemplate set to tmp_categorytemplate1.htm.

This works fine as it is. On a specific category, I want to use a different template which I have specified as tmp_categorytemplate2.htm. VPASP does not seem to recognize this request and simply maintains the tmp_categorytemplate1.htm layout. Am I missing something?

hey al, so basically you have set the template2 as the template file for that specific category? as in set the Template file field on that specific category to template2? and have you also set xcategoryproducttemplates to yes

Hi,
Try to turn xcategoryproducttemplates to yes and also xcategoryusetemplate to yes
