Hi All, Being a relative novice to all of this. I was hosting with a major hosting company and could not get my VP-ASP site up and running. No fault of VP-ASP. Strictly poor support. It took weeks to even get close to an answer. I switched to VP-ASP hosting and everything went super smooth, and my site was up in a few days. The few questions I had were answered very fast, I mean immediatley. even on the holiday weekend (Thanks, Cam). The support I get from the VP-ASP support team has always been the best. Head and shoulders above the major cart / hosting companies. The forums are great, and the people on the support team and the forums are the most friendly, helpfull people I've ever interacted with. This may sound over the top, but it's more like I'm a friend then a customer. I would not even have a site if not for VP-ASP. I would have given up long ago.
My Sincere Thanks Jack Wright www.dredgeharbor.com |
