We just received an order from someone who used a coupon code

The coupon code that he used is similar to one that we have but is not correct!

No discount was given but the strange part is that I could not do a fake order by using the coupon code that the customer used because the shopping cart prohibited completion of the order until a correct coupon was placed


How did the order go through since we typed an incorrect coupon code??

Hi Kane,

Are you able to please post this in our help desk and our suppoprt guys will look into this for you.

You should not be able to use an incorrect coupon in the check out so not sure why it would have done this.
