Hi,
I see that you can time stamp your orders by placing by a number in the admin setup regarding the difference in time between your hosting provider and my location.

Question: Our time zone is Eastern Standard Time and our Hosting provider is in Pacific Standard Time - 4 hours difference then what do we put in for the hours difference. We are bascially 4 hours ahead.

We are trying to see a more accurate time of when someone places their order so that we can set our google ads closer to when we see our most orders.

Please advice.

Hi there,

In the online Set_up locate xtimedifference and insert -4 if you your server is 4 hours ahead or 4 if your server is 4 hours behind.

Do a test order to make sure the time listed is the same as your location.
