Is there a way to remove the need for an Affiliate to enter his last name during log in?

Since the Affiliate ID is unique and a password is collected at login - it seems unnecessary.

OK, I found the SQL Where clause removed lastname and commented out any validation for the last name so its all good now.

Another question though - I've noticed that after logging in as an affiliate there is a menu. But after going to a secondary page, there is no menu on them to get back to the main affiliate page.

???
