How do I change hear about us to a required text field (not a pulldown) that the user has to fill in.

Also, I only have 1 shipping method, Fedex realtime. How can I make that a hidden field that is automatically selected. Seams pointless to make the user select it if they have no option.

xshippingselection set to NO

and also

xshippingform Set to NO
