Whilst setting up a test system I have altered something which has messed up the layout of the customer registration form.

It must be coming from the database settings somewhere as I replaced the few files I had altered and the problem is still there.

This is what it should look like from the VPASP demo
http://www.vpasp.com/demo650/shopcustregister.asp

and from my test setup
http://www.datumsoftware.co.uk/shop65/shopcustregister.asp

Anyone have a clue what has knocked the layout?

Thanks,
Kevin.

I did another install and switched the database on the new install to use the database from my original test system. Problem is related to a change in a data setting in the database. Bit of a nuisance to say the least.

Kevin.

Hi Kevin,

Seems to look ok again now. Would you be able to let me know what setting caused an issue and I will try to replicate locally?

Thanks
Cam

Hi Cam, I never got to the bottom of it so went back to an earlier version of the database. I havent lost much in the way of work so it was quicker to do it this way. Sections I was making changes to were related to 'where did you hear about us' and 'join our mailing list'. Unfortunately I didnt check after each change was made and only noticed when I was doing a run through of all functionality.

I have the problem version here http://www.datumsoftware.co.uk/65/shopcustregister.asp

Kevin.

P.S. any idea on the other problem I posted?
