Ok, this one has got me really frustrated. When I click ORDER, the shopaddtocart.asp page gives me this:

ADODB.Recordset error '800a0cc1'

Item cannot be found in the collection corresponding to the requested name or ordinal.

/shopproductsubs.asp, line 56

I'm really stumped by this issue. Any ideas what's wrong?

Hi there,

have a look in your xcartfields setting in the online Set-Up in your admin to ensure you have only fields from the products table and that they are spelt correctly and are separated by a comma.

If this does not fix the issue you may need to post a ticket in our help desk so our support team can look at your sites admin directly.

Thank you, I had an extra field in there that doesn't exist.
