Hi,

How can I restrict and/or validate the quantity of each item added to the cart?

I want to set a minimum and a maximum quantity allowed for each product.

I tried to do it through my config but I think I set it for min. and max. order amount and not the qty.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hello

Each product record has a minimumquantity and maximumquantity field to restrict amount purchased. Try that and see if it works for you.

Hello again

Also, in your set-up, to enforce the min and max in the product record, you will have to set xproductminimumquantity to yes and also xproductmaximumquantity to yes.

xproductquantitylimit in your set up can be used to specify the maximum amount of any product to allow to be ordered.
