Hi,

In the tracking message area, is their a way of adding another option to the dropdown? We sometimes part ship orders, so I would like to have the option of having the order status as "part shipped".

Steve,
In Admin go to the Set-up Tab and type "xorderstatus" in the Field Name box (top right). This will bring you to the option to add any additional status selections and also organize them the way you want.
