Please help!

I think I must have a setting wrong somewhere because now the cart does not empty but instead keeps products there even if the sale has completed or the customer has logged out. Any suggestions please?

Hi there,

If you post this in the help desk our support team can have a look at this for you to see what is wrong.

It is difficult to debug something like this without being able to see the site in question.
