I purchased the FedEx Addon and have the issue where only shows freight for FedEx Ground Home Delivery and Fedex Ground.

Since the product is food, it should only be able to ship next day or 2 day and not ground,
see bellow:
NEED TO SETUP FEDEX NEXT DAY OR 2DAY ON COST FOR FREIGHT
PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED IN 10LB AND 20LB BOXES
MIXED PRODUCTS CAN BE SHIPPED IN EACH OF THE BOXES (I.E. A 10 POUND CAN HAVE ITEMS 1,2, AND 5) CURRENTLY BOUGHT AND TRIED SETTING UP FEDEX ADDON HOWEVER ONLY GROUND IS LISTED NEED TO BE ABLE TO ADD A HANDLING CHARGE OF 7.5 FOR EACH ORDER PLACED ON TOP OF FREIGHT COST
FROM FEDEX WANT TO LIMIT ORDERS TO SHIP ONLY IN US,

COULD The problem be if shipfrom =us and shipto=us then use fdxg?

Currently FedEx is having problems with their test gateway server.
they indicated to me that they will be back up and running on the 23rd of January.

I HOPE SO!

What does this error message mean? I modified and uploaded files.
Followed instructions.

Cannot locate shipping record
Select * from shipmethods where shipmethod='FedEx Realtime' and shipcountry='other'

Hi Richard,

Please try making the following change in shopshippingcalc.asp.

At about 540, in the sub HandleByOther, locate the following line -

AddShippingCountry shipsql,shiprs, dbc

Change it to -

'AddShippingCountry shipsql,shiprs, dbc

Thanks. I tried that, and somehow, I wish I could trace exactly what I did, but it works now. I even undid the code change and it still works. I was getting a an ODBC problem after making the change. I will see what I did, but for now it's working. Thanks for the help.
