some customers and finding that after going through the checkout process when they click on order now and are directed to the secure page the content area where the credit card details form is suppose to be is blank.

anyone experienced this before?

mm not sure but probably you want to double check your xcheckout on your admin site and make sure it pointing to the right checkout page
