I'm wondering if anyone has been able to accomplish this? In the case of a customer who has already paid for an order for web-based training and they would like to choose one of our upcoming web training sessions, the product doesn't really give me that capability. Has anyone been able to do this? I would like to avoid using coupons. I'd like it so if a customer creates an order with one of our order people that we could give them an order credit. Any way to accomplish that?

"rewards", also-known-as "points" can achieve that, but I think it's an extra bolt-on (available from vpasp themselves; not a 3rd-party bolton)
