I already have a website and a access db with all my products. Can I use forms to just send items to the vpasp cart?

IE:
<input type="text" name="product name|price|sku|weight" size="3" value="1">

Yes it is possible. Go to the following:
http://www.vpasp.com/helpnotes/shoptoc.asp
and look for Interface to Existing Web
