| Sales and affiliate reports include orders that are cancelled or that don't have any payment methods (orders not finished by customers). The sales or affiliate reports should be programmed so that it only includes orders that have been process and which have an approved method of payment. Sometimes, customers place an order and select check or money order as method of payment. There are cases when they don't send the payment, but the sales reports stills considers that order in the results. |
