Under site menu setup, I have langcommonhome linked to "Home Page Windows" and I have also tried linking to just "default.asp" and I tried linking to the domain name. Unfortunately none of tose work. The home page does not change. the address bar still shows <domain name>/shopexd.asp?id=7820&menuitemid=1 for example.

Can anyone help?

Dear Mike,

Whenever you make a change to your menu, you need to Reload The Menu, so that the code for the menu is re-written. To do this, simply click the Reload Menu button.

If it does not solve this problem could you please log into our dedicated help desk and supply there your FTP and Admin details so we can investigate this issue.
