Hi
I am using Australia Post live shipping and I find that the customer only has 2 options for shipping with Australia Post but when I put the same criteria into the Australia Post website there are 4 options i.e. there are the options of using satchels as well.

Is this a bug as it is really screwing up my shipping?

Maybe there are different requirements for using satchels, and requires extra information that Aus Post hadn't bothered implementing in their online service.

According to the last copy I can find of Australia Post's, DRC document (Delivery Rate Calculator), it would not appear to be part of the services provided by Aust Post.
