Hi, I was given a site to work on that is running VP-ASP.

In my config file, it says that the Configuration is 6.07 -- does that qualify me for a telephone #, or some other advanced support.

If so, how do i request this?

I see mentions of help desk ticketing, but seem to keep getting looped around.

Any help very much appreciated.

Hi there,

You can post a request in our online help desk at:
https://www.vpasp.com/virtprog/helpdesk

You will need the original order id and email address to be able to post queries and you will need to have support points in your account.

Whenever I go to the address: https://www.vpasp.com/virtprog/helpdesk , I see no link to HelpDesk.

There is text which says "step 3. open a ticket with our HelpDesk" but no information or links for doing so.

I have an order number, and looks like my version (my customer's version) is 6.07, but she is a customer, and thus a flake who had a previous developer on this, and I don't know the original email address. My due date to get this project done is looming close. And you guys keep telling me to file a ticket in a place that doesn't seem to exist and that I can only qualify for support if I can give you an email address that I can't get.

Silliest thing is that I am trying to use an option which should be working, no ? The add a photograph to a product from admin.

Just seems convenient, but certainly not for me as one of VP-ASP's patrons.

Your product looks fine, but your willingness to be flexible to meet the needs of a customer -- well that doesn't seem to be programmed into your responses. Non-ending loop.

um, may i please have some effective help ?

Where is this helpdesk where I can file a ticket.

Or, will you please inform me how to fix the problem with the image uploading ?

You need to sign into the help desk by entering your user id and password in the box at the right.

We have sent you information via separate emails on how support works and how to obtain assistance.
