I created a new feature: ID #106, Name "Second Color Choice", Selection List feature, pother2 or pother 4. Once the feature was created I was unable to edit any product. The follow error message appeared: Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0009'

Subscript out of range: 'FeatureCount'

/shopping-gtb/shopa_addproduct.asp, line 478

Once the feature was deleted all products could be edited. I have created other features identical to this without problem. Does anyone know what is going on here?

If you look for xmaxfeaturecaptions in config I think this need to be higher than the amount of feature you have in prodfeature table?

I not use 5.00 so not sure but this may fix from looking at version 6.

Scooter's answer looks right -- I'm using 5.0, and the help for xmaxfeaturecaptions says it's "The maximum number of different features."

I don't remember what the default value is -- I set mine pretty high.
