I have one client using ver 6 that sells images. Recently he has repeatedly gotten an error when trying to upload the images for a new product. Each product in this category as 3 images: purchased (~400KB), thumb (~15KB), and watermarked large (~80KB). This problem did not exist a few months ago.

When I FTP the purchased file, it takes 15 seconds. But when I use the image upload tool, I get a script time out error around 2 minutes. If I try the thumb, it usually works but not always.

Now if I try the purchased file on another one of my carts, the image upload tool took about 30-45 seconds.

Tech support from the web host hasn't been much help. Anyone seen this before and know some possible solutions?

Dear Eric,

You have described the default upload limits set into IIS 6, which are set at 200kbytes.
Your client will need to contact the ISP to get this limit increased.
