| When xcheckexistingcustomer is set to no and a customer who already exists in the database attempts to enter their information again on the shopcustomer.asp page, they receive the error message "Customer already exists, please use link at bottom of page to login". This causes many customers to leave the cart if they have forgotten their login information and just wanted to place a quick order. |

hi,
Try to reload shop config in shop admin.
If this does not solve the problem, can you also please submit this issue in our helpdesk, along with your shop admin and FTP details: https://www.vpasp.com/virtprog/helpdesk
This allows us to pin point the source of the problem without you sending any sensitive information in the forum.
