Hi,
Yes this is possible. You will first have to set your configuration option xallowsupplierlogin to Yes.
You will then have to create a single user in your admin by going to Occasional Tasks > Admin > Admin Users
Add a user with user id SUPPLIER and give this user access to whatever you would like your suppliers to be able to access in your admin. Make sure you set this user to a Restricted Administrator.
Now when a supplier registers, they will be able to login with their own login details, but will be associated with the SUPPLIER account as far as access goes.
