I had similar problems with email. I posted this information regarding authorization with cdosys[b]. http://www.vpasp.com/virtprog/vpaspforum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=3858
Since then, I have modified shopmail.asp to use the "standard" X configuration names, [b]xemailuserid and xemailpassword instead of the modifications stated in that post.
I also added a "Reply-To" header so that all mail is sent from the xemail address but the reply-to field in the email is set to the customer's email. This allows me to reply from Outlook without messing with anything else. Works like a charm.
If anybody wants my modified shopmail.asp file (with changes commented), drop me an email at [email protected]. It may take me a couple of days to respond but I will.
I'm still working on the site but wanted to get issues straight before I bothered to spruce it up.
