I occasionally receive orders that I need to cancel. If the customer provided a bad email address, there is no way for me to notify him/her. If I place a tracking message on the order, the customer should be able to login and view the status of the order. Unfortunately, the current script does not display the status of canceled orders to the customer.
I have changed that and suggest this be changed in future releases.

in shopstatus.asp
delete line about 63, which reads
sql=sql & " and ( canceled is null or canceled=0 )"
That makes the query return all orders
