How do I go about customizing my cart configuration to allow me to be able to create unique page titles, keywords and descriptions for my catalog items?

I would also like to know how to do this. I have created new fields in the product database for these three items (custom titles, meta descriptions and keywords) to pull from, but I can't seem to find the right file to change the field names it is using. I also want to know how to do this for the Category and Static pages as well. This will allow me to customize each page for the search engines. Please let us know how to do this as I have spent several hours trying to figure this out. Thanks.

Hit search up to there next to faq and enter metatag and you will find many discussions.
