I've just purchased VP and i'm a happy camper.
I'm about to start customising it but i'd thought i'd introduce myself and say gday.

The site i'm building is based on a css layout.

How easy would it be to incorporate vp-asp into my site.

Thank you

Hi,
welcome to the vpasp community!

have a look at this link which has got a summarised list of things to help you get into customising bits+pieces etc (and the "$" trick; I can't mention that $ trick too much; it's really really useful!) -

http://vpasp.com/virtprog/vpaspforum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=4766

that sample layout should be easy to translate into vpasp; vpasp uses style sheets and common headers/trailers which you can do anything you like with. if you struggle with the html for the panels, then you might find our panel-splitter for vpasp useful (linked on the page above)

and if you're a sql-guru and want to be able to run dml/ddl statements via vpasp admin while you're in the system rather than having to delve into a sqlserver/access front-end, then download our freebie "Advanced SQL Execution" tool; it's amazingly useful if you know sql:

(but make sure you've followed all the vpasp-advised security steps before installing it)
