Hi everyone,

We are getting hacked pretty bad. I have had to shut down the to protect any of our future customers. We current on our software 6.0.7.

I want to have VPASP preform their service were the go through and check for holes in security.

Here is my problem, my order ID number is out on a server that I can not access right now. The VPASP specialist is out of the office. So I can't get my order ID number.

How do I go about ordering this service from VPASP with out that number. Being a business I do understand that phones do suck but this is one of those times I would really like to talk to someone.

I currently have our cart shut down.

The service I believe costs $100, right now I would pay 300.

Help please!

if you can ftp to your vpasp site, you can grab the order number from your shop$config.asp file; there'll be a line in there like this:

xordernumber="12345"
that'll be your vpasp order number

you'll need the ftp server/userid/pwd anyway if vpasp are to do a check/fix, so that'd be the place to start I think. If you don't have ftp software or don't have access to a pc at the moment which has got ftp on it (but you do know your ftp info) then the vpasp support guys would most likely find out your order number for you as long as your email address matches the one that you bought it under or if you have some other way of proving who you are.

Hi there,

I am very sorry to hear you are having problems.

We have sent you an email off-list with what is needed to ensure you are secure.

We released a patch last week that should be applied. You can download this from:

http://www.vpasp.com/helpnotes/shopexd.asp?id=814

This will ensure your site is protected.

Thank you,
Cam
