We keep hitting a 150 lbs weight limit in UPS so we configured the VPASP 6.0 Cart to Auto-Seperate (Yes), Auto-Seperate Weight (120) and we still hit a limit from UPS telling us the shipment is over 150 lbs. Is there anyway around this with UPS?

Hi,

You should not be recieving this error message if xautoseperatepackages and xautoseperateweight have been set in the ups configuration.

In order to be able to look into this further we would need you to lodge a support ticket with your site details through our helpdesk system at: https://www.vpasp.com/virtprog/helpdesk

We would also need to know which products were being used to reproduce the problem.
