I’m having problems with some customization we have done on the shopcustomer.asp page. We have added html headers (ie Checkout, Login, Customer Info. etc..) and outline borders around the different areas on the page. We had to do this as we were getting a lot of confused customers with the standard format and confusion with hitting the Login button vs the continue button.
The borders work well with new customers and the format is correctly displayed. However when an old customer is logged into the site this page only shows the continue button and does not list the customer information area below. This is a problem if the customer needs to change anything from past orders.
I believe the problem happens because when a customer is logged into the site shopcustomer.asp does not show the Login area or anything above. This seems to throw the html tables off.
Any ideas on how to get this page to work with both new and current logged in customers?
