How do I turn off the Admin menu timeout?

It disappears faster than I would like.

if you go to Session Variables & Use Of Cookies in your cart setup, there is a setting called .xsessiontimeout The description reads: "The time in minutes before session variables expire. Do not set a time more than 20 or it may affect overall system performance."

Since no one else has answered, I thought I would send this.
