To be more specific, support says they have sent it twice, but I have not received it. Can anyone verify the file size that is attached? Maybe it's being blocked because of attach size limits. |

Is there a virus in the file? Why could not I download the file from hotmail system???And I got this message down below.
Hotmail automatically scans attachments using Trend Micro products. Name of File vpasp602plus.zip Virus Scan Result Unknown virus scanner failure Virus Found Note: There is no cure available for the virus on the file vpasp602plus.zip
It is not possible to download files from Hotmail that contain incurable viruses. Contact the originator of the file, inform them that the file contains a virus, and ask them to send a virus-free version of the file. |

Actually, I scanned the zip with Symantec Corporate and came up clean, but sent it to my hotmail account and BANG! See attached image.

We would like to know why ourselves why Hotmail is flagging the new zip file. We do have lots of new Javascript functionality in the new admin but I would be surpirsed if this is what is blocking the zips.
Please feel free tpo post here anything you fin out.
Thanks, Cam Flanigan |

The new release has a number of .js files for the new advanced html editor in it that seem to be causing issues.
We will be creating a download section for upgrades and accessing version 6.00 early in January.
Until then if you are trying to obtain the new Version 6.00 using Hotmail please contact support so we can update our records with an alternative email address other than Hotmail.
Thank you VPASP Support |
