Customer uses his Gift Certificate to partially pay for his order. At the last minute he cancels the order (after ShopCreateOrder.asp executes) but the Gift Certificate has already been decremented and the amount is never re-set. The order gets deleted from the database but the record in the Gifts table doesn't get fixed; the Gift Certificate is used up.
Does anyone has a code to include in the 'ShopCheckout.asp' under 'Sub DeleteOrders' that would reset the Gift Certificate to the original numbers?

I noticed this problem also in ver 5.5 as I was helping a customer place an order. This is the situation when using a gift certificate:

1. Customer place an order. Say she is buying a red t-shirt.
2. Then used the gift cert code to check out.
3. She filled up all the necessary information (name, address, shipping method) and pressed continue.
4. But then she realized that she doesn't want red so she will be
hitting the back button and add the yellow t-shirt.
5. Now the gift certificate is considered used up and won't reflect anymore even if she removed the red t shirt from her shopping cart.
6. Then it's a problem. Customer abandon the cart. I lost business.

Good to know it has been updated, but since it's akin to a bug inthe programming, is there somewhere we can get the code to fix it? Thanks in advance...
