I need to know if this is an existing feature of VPASP or if someone knows how to do this.

I have 2 product vendors, they do all the payment and shipping and all I do is post the item on my cart. If a customer orders an item from vendor(A) then an email will be sent to vendor(A) with the item and the payment information for them to process payment and mail the item out to the customer.

But what happends when that customer order one item from vendor(A) and one item from vendor(B) and both these items go into one cart. Will VPASP know to split the order and send the correct information to each vendor or is this going to take extra programming.

If this IS going to require extra programming, has anyone already done this or does anyone know how to do this.

Remember I want the vendors to only receive there relevant item purchase and customer billing/information. So they don't see the other item from the other vendor.

Hi There,

I believe that the VP-ASP Option Package offers a feature that can achieve this.

You can make it so at the end of an order, each supplier can recieve an e-mail about those goods purchased.

yep; I've looked this up in the documentation and it does split up the items by default so that each supplier only sees their items.

But, I'm not sure how you'd split-up the shipping/tax/coupon/discount elements; that'd be much more awkward, but that's more of a business question/problem than a techie one I guess.
