When I pass from the shopcustomer.asp page by clicking the continue button the URL contains a /No/ which is completely extraneous and generates a 404 error. How do I get rid of this? It doesn't matter whether I skip the order summary or not.

I've been over the instructions a few times and just can't seem to find this. What did I miss?
