Does anybody know a way to include the order total including shipping on the checkout page?

Currently I'm using modified payaplshopcheckout and paypalshopgateway pages on an SSL as I process orders offline as well as have an option for customers to use paypal to pay.

If users choose the payal option they can see the total when they are directed to the paypal payment page but if they choose to use a credit card directly they cannot see the total whilst entering their card details. I don't want to use the minicart option as this doesn't include the shipping. I'm sure there is some kind of modification I can make but can't figure it out. Hopefully someone can help

I've managed to come up with a solution.

For anyone trying to do the same thing try including something like the following on your payment gateway page:

YOUR ORDER TOTAL INCLUDING DELIVERY IS <INPUT readOnly type="text" name="ordertotal" value="£<%= GetSess("ordertotal")%>">

If there are any other options I'd still like to hear them.
