Hi,

I upgraded to 5.50 from 5.0.

My original template tmp_products will no longer show the attributes or features. So I decided I would use the default template, tmp_productformat.

When I upload that I get this error:
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a01f4'

Variable is undefined: 'Handle_Product'

/VPASP550/shopfileio.asp, line 442


All the old forums stuff seems to be for 5.0. Please tell me how to resolve this. I have to get this back up ASAP.

Did you get a resulution on this problem?

I just added [formatbutton sub] to tmp_productformat.htm in Ver 5.5 and I'm getting a similar error:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'
Type mismatch: 'Handle_Product'
