for some strange reason, it's in the Products2 section in the admin config settings. Not sure why it's there rather than in the merchant details section, but nevermind.
if you've got another config option that you need changing and don't know where to find it, a quick way is to go into config in admin, and then just type the config field into the "field name" field and then press the search button. I use this a lot when trying to find related options (eg "%mail%" or "%temp%")
