Hi
I am wondering how to add a checkbox to the checkout page for the shopper to check off that they accept the terms of the site before they can proceed with the order. Apparently the gateway company requires this.
Any help would be appreciated.

there are 2 core config options on the customer side for that:

Xlicenseagreement
set to "Yes" - requires the customer to check a box that the license agreement that you supply has been read
XlicenseURL
The file or URL of your license agreement
