We have GST and PST in Canada

1. Some customers are PST exempt
2. Some customers are GST exempt

3. Some product are PST exempt
4. Some product are GST exempt

5. Some municipalities are talking about a 3 level of taxes.

I need to be able to handle at least 1-4. 5 is a 'Would Be Nice'
