I can't get my damn gateway to work. I've followed all the instructions provided and when I get to the credit card information input page, it's blank except for:

Press to pay by Credit Card.
Processing may take up to 30-60 seconds.
(Pay by credit card button)
(blank button)
-----------------------------------------------
If I click pay by credit card, it gives the following error:
(14) The referrer, relay response or receipt link URL is invalid.
Help?

Check your AuthorizeNet settings. You should have set up some addresses there that AuthorizeNet expects you to send messages from or receive them to.
For example, the "referrer" address is the page customers see before the AuthorizeNet transaction takes place -- if you aren't using the same page AuthorizeNet thinks you're using, they will reject the transaction. This is a way to prevent people fraudulently using your account.
