hello,

I trying to setup v5.0 to access the LinkPoint Gateway. I get an error 1002 (from LinkPoint) when I post the page lpshopcheckout.asp. Any Ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

Mark

Hi Mark,

I don't know much about LinkPoint and their site doesn't say much either but I found this link that might shed some light on the situation: http://www.ecommercetemplates.com/support/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=8759. That thread is not about VP-ASP but the principle is probably the same. It looks like it may have something to do with the way the LinkPoint account is configured.

Hope this helps move you in the right direction. Please let us know what you figure out.

All the best,

Jon Madrid

I just fixed that problem on my site. It means that it is not receiving the parameters from your site. I had done a cut and paste of the links from the vpasp instruction. One of those links has "https" instead of "http".
