We have a new page on our site for Merchants to use to verify orders.

This page will allow you to verify your order details for the following:
Check the customers country against what they have inserted in the order details.
Check the country the card was issued in is the same as the country the customer is actually in.
You simply insert the first 6 digits of the card number (bin number)into the field and it will return the details of the card. At present it only works for Visa and Mastercard. The list is also a little out of date so new cards wont be able to be verified but it does have over 35000 records so there is a good chance the card info will be there. e are sourcing a more up to date list currently.
There are a number of locations that allow you to check either option but heopfully by having both on one page it will make it quicker and easier for you to verify suspect orders.
